This page explains what data the balans-agent Telegram bot collects and how it uses it, including data from your Google account if you choose to connect it. We collect and use only as much data as is needed to power the features you have actively enabled in your conversation with the bot.

Telegram data: your chat identifier (chat_id), your username, and the text of the messages you send the bot — so it can reply and keep conversation context.
Data you enter yourself: tasks, goals and their steps, habits, daily logs (productivity, mood, what got done), ideas, your stated priorities/values, and profile fields (name, occupation, city, timezone, chronotype, preferred communication mode). All of this is entered directly by you, either in chat or through bot commands.
Google data (only if you connect Google via /connect_google):

bot can only see files it created itself, or files you explicitly opened through it — not
your entire Drive.Other connected services (only if you choose to connect them): tasks in Todoist; tasks, projects, and workspaces in Asana; files on Yandex.Disk; events in Yandex Calendar (accessed via a separate app password you generate yourself in Yandex ID — this is not OAuth and not your account password).
Voice messages: if you send the bot a voice message, it is transcribed locally on our own server using an offline speech-recognition engine (Vosk) — the audio itself is never sent to any external service.
We use your data only to provide the features you can see and actively use in your conversation with the bot: morning briefs, day planning, reminders, task and goal tracking, and answering questions about your schedule and to-dos.
We do not use your data to show ads or for retargeting, we do not sell it or share it with advertising platforms or data brokers, and we do not use it to assess creditworthiness or for any purpose unrelated to operating the assistant itself.
We do not share or sell your data to any other third party under any circumstances, except where required by law.
Your data is stored in a private database on the developer's own server. Access tokens for connected services (Google, Todoist, Asana, Yandex) are stored encrypted at rest and are not readable in plain text even with direct database access. Only the developer has access to the server, used solely to operate and maintain the service.
Your data is kept for as long as you use the bot. To have your data fully deleted from the bot's database, email glevero91@gmail.com — requests are handled manually.
Access you've granted the bot to your Google account can be revoked at any time, independently of the bot, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Access to Todoist, Asana, and Yandex can likewise be revoked from each service's own account settings.
This service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we materially change how data is used, we will update this page and notify you in the bot before using your data in the new way.
The bot's use and transfer of data received through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: Google user data is used exclusively to provide or improve features that are prominent in the bot's user interface, is not transferred to advertising platforms or data brokers, is not used to serve ads, and is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
